‘I CUT N BLEND’ are not responsible for any copyright infringement or violation held by the Artist. You the Client are completely at your own risk with the chosen songs. ‘I CUT N BLEND’ will strictly assume the place the songs will be heard will obtain the correct licenses to have the selected music played in the correct manner.                   ‘I CUT N BLEND’ provide a cutting service for you the client under ‘New Generation Development Agency’. trading as ‘I CUT N BLEND’. Neither companies will take any responsibility for any legal actions that may occur.                                                         All Cuts done by ‘I CUT N BLEND’ come with 3 FREE cut alterations. After the 3rd alteration, you will be subject to paying the full price of the set cut. The service offered at ‘I CUT N BLEND’ is completely non-refundable. You will however be entitled to a full refund in the unlikely event that ‘I CUT N BLEND’ will not be able to complete your request. This will also be processed at the discretion of ‘I CUT N BLEND’ or a representative from ‘New Generation Development Agency’.All cuts will be sent digitally through email communication. Extra fees may occur at the discretion of us (I CUT N BLEND - The service provider) subject to the amount required for You (The Client) request.                                                                            Once payment has been received, the cutting process will begin. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your requested cut. We do aim to try get all cuts done same day as received.                                                                                                                                ‘New Generation Development Agency’ simply is the operation agent and are not responsible for any discrespancy that may occur with ‘I CUT N BLEND’. To make official complaints please contact ‘I CUT N BLEND’ directly using the company email provided. ‘New Generation Development Agency’ may act as a mediator on behalf of ‘I CUT N BLEND’  to help come up with most suitable solution for your case.
