New Generation Development Agency is a non-for-profit organisation that provides specialist community development work/interventions by initiating projects which address sensitive issues that primarily effect BAME communities and young people. These include but not limited to tackling topics such as Hate Crime, Honour abuse, integration and community cohesion, disproportionate representation within the criminal justice system, Education and attainment, balancing cultural identity, rights and responsibilities, radicalisation, self harm, substance use and more.
Here at NGDA our mission is to provide opportunities and interventions that enable all individuals to exercise their civic/civil rights and fulfill their civic responsibilities free from harm, discrimination, barriers or prejudice. We pride ourselves in doing the best that we can so we say "You tell us it! We develop it!"
